Business Law & Contracts: Representation of businesses and their principals in most facets of business law, including corporate or partnership formation, buying or selling a business, drafting of complex business contracts, securing or enforcing commercial leases, commercial insurance coverage, property tax protest, permitting and regulatory matters, and generally providing guidance to clients on matters affecting their business as needed.

Real Estate: Representation of Buyers and Sellers of real property in both litigation and non-litigation matters, including contract formation, title review, enforcement of real estate contracts, boundary disputes, partition actions, and enforcement and termination of easements.

Commercial Litigation: Representation of entities and individuals in the prosecution and defense of commercial disputes, including partnership disputes, shareholder actions, business torts, and contract disputes.

Construction Law:  Representation of general contractors, utility contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and owners in litigation and non-litigation matters involving commercial construction. I have defended or prosecuted a wide variety of construction claims throughout Texas, from simple bid protest involving governmental entities to complex multi-party litigation involving multi-million dollar projects.
